The Sacramento SBDC maintains a staff of highly qualified
consultants - business people who have been there, done that -
to assist our clients. Meeting
with these counselors is free to SBDC clients.

Panda Morgan: SBDC Director, Business Plans,
Financial Projections, Strategic Planning,
Panda Morgan served as a business consultant for the Greater
Sacramento and Yuba Community College SBDC's for thirteen years,
specializing in writing business plans, personnel handbooks and
marketing strategies. She worked with clients to assist them in
structuring their business plan and pro forma projections toward
the goal of securing financing
Sacramento native, Panda Morgan has owned three businesses; a
business planning and development consulting firm, a van and
storage company, and a website marketing business. Prior to
owning her own companies, Panda worked in the financial industry
for over 25 years, with experience in both operations and
lending. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St.
Mary's College in Moraga.
Helena Fisk: SBDC Customer Service Consultant
Helena received a degree in business from Sacramento State
University, with an emphasis in merchandising. She has 30+ years
experience in customer service, administration, and retail.
Clyde Green: Start-up, Human Resources,
Contracts, Insurance, Healthcare, and SBDC Legal Structure
Consultant
Clyde has more than 29 years of office management,
administration and operations. His experience includes managing
and directing operating budgets, human resources and operations
for large corporations. His
proven record of accomplishment for problem solving and
profitable operations focus on entrepreneur development.
Ester Gordillo: SBDC Marketing and International
Trade Consultant
Ester consults our Spanish speaking clients for all areas of
business development, marketing, and public relations. She is
also an international import and export trade consultant with
the Center for International Trade and Development.
Morton Meiers: Start-up and SBDC Management
Consultant at South Lake Tahoe
Morton has spent 20 years working in industry as an Engineer
and Manager. His degrees include; B.S. in Civil Engineering and
an MBA in Marketing. He is also a Registered Professional
Engineer in the State of California. Mort has been owner and
manager of several small businesses during his career. These
included a travel agency, a golf tour business, a property
ownership and management concern, and a Learning Center
franchise. His professional career also included 22 years as a
full time business instructor, most of which was spent at Lake
Tahoe Community College. Mort specializes in helping clients
with business startups, turnarounds and marketing,
organizational and financial business plans.
Jim Ornelas, CPA: SBDC Accounting Consultant
Jim has 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting
and taxation, having spent the first 15 years of his career in
California State government as a Senior Accounting Officer as
well as a Lead Management and Tax Auditor. Mr. Ornelas has been
the principal of his own tax and accounting firm for the last 15
years, having received his CPA license in May 1988. His emphasis
is on tax planning and preparation and assisting independent
owners for growth.
Greg Roquet: Buying and Selling Businesses, and
SBDC Franchising Consultant
Greg has been involved with franchise activities for the last
29 years. He was a franchisee for 12 years, he was a Vice
President for Big O Tires franchise for 13 years, and for the
last four years.
Mike Saccomano: SBDC Internet Solutions Consultant
Mike is a small business owner providing internet solutions
to small businesses including, but not limited to, e-marketing,
e-commerce, and feasibility analysis.
